Green Tea Diet – The Simple and Effective Way to Lose Pounds Fast

3. Get an Exercise Habit

Yes, you need to exercise. Choose an exercise which is fun. There are many different forms of exercise; you’re sure to find some which appeal to you. If you don’t have the money to go to a gym, look for a DVD or CD exercise program which you can use at home.

A fitness ball and some simple weights are great investments — they can form the basis of your own home gym.
